1. General safety precautions:
① Before using the loader, the driver and related personnel must carefully and carefully read the operation and maintenance manual or operation and maintenance manual provided by the manufacturer, and do it according to the provisions of the data. Otherwise it will bring serious consequences and unnecessary losses.
② The driver should wear in accordance with safety requirements and wear necessary protective facilities.
③ In the area where the work area is small or dangerous, the warning sign must be displayed in the area or dangerous point.
④ It is strictly forbidden that the driver drunk or excessively fatigued driving.
⑤ When performing maintenance or inspection operations in the central hinge area, install "anti-rotation levers" to prevent the front and rear frames from rotating relatively.
⑥ After the loader has stopped, load the loader up and down at the place where there are handrails. Never jump up or down while the loader is working or walking.
时 When the loader needs to raise the arm for maintenance, the raised boom must be cushioned firmly to ensure that the boom will never fall under any maintenance situation.
2. Safety precautions before starting the engine:
① Check and make sure that the lighting of all lamps and all display lamps can display normally. In particular, check the normal display of the turn signals and brake indicator lights.
② Check and make sure that no one is working under the car or near the loader when starting the engine to ensure that in the event of an accident, it will not endanger yourself or others.
③ The shifting handle of the loader should be turned to the neutral position before starting.
④ For the braking system without emergency braking, the hand brake handle plate should be moved to the parking position.
⑤ Only start or run the engine in a place with good air flow. When running indoors, connect the exhaust port of the engine to or face the outdoors.
3. Safety precautions after starting the engine and during operation:
① After starting the engine, wait until the brake pressure reaches a safe pressure before preparing to start to ensure the safety of braking when driving. With emergency braking, press the emergency and parking brake valve buttons (only when the air pressure reaches the allowable starting pressure, the button can be pressed, otherwise it will jump up automatically), so that the emergency and parking brakes can be released. Hang I to block the start. Without emergency braking, just put the parking brake handle down, release it into the parking brake and start.
②Remove the troubles of the loader on the road. Pay special attention to the obstacles such as iron blocks and ditches to avoid cutting the tires.
③ Adjust the rearview mirror so that the driver can have the best field of vision effect after entering the seat.
④ Make sure that the loader's horn, back light and all safety devices can work normally.
⑤ When the vehicle is about to start or when the left and right directions are checked, the horn should be pressed first to warn the surrounding personnel to pay attention to safety.
⑥ Before starting to walk, try all the joysticks, pedals, and steering wheels to make sure that they are in a normal state before starting work. Special attention should be paid to check whether the steering and braking are intact. Make sure that the steering and braking are completely normal before starting to run.
When traveling, place the bucket at a height of about 400mm above the ground . When working on mountain slopes or crossing obstacles such as ditches, slow down and make small corners. Pay attention to avoid tipping. When the loading surface begins to slide to the side on a steep slope, it must be unloaded immediately to prevent it from continuing to slide down.
⑧ Try to avoid too many tires and excessive slipping during operation; try to avoid two wheels floating, do not allow only two wheels to land and continue working.
When used as a tractor, it is only allowed to be connected with the traction device. It is not allowed to stand between the towed object and the loader, and a certain safety distance must be maintained to prevent safety accidents.
4. Safety precautions during shutdown:
① The loader should be parked on a flat ground, and the bucket should be placed on the ground. When the engine is turned off, it is necessary to repeatedly pull the operating handle of the working device multiple times to ensure that each hydraulic cylinder is in a state of rest without pressure. When the loader can only stop on the ramp, pad the tires firmly.
② Put various handles in neutral or neutral position.
③ When using a combination valve or an air tank to inflate a tire, no one should stand on the front of the tire to prevent the explosion from hurting people.
